Return Policy

At Ginger Hart Tea Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 

Return Eligibility:

- You may return unopened and unused tea products within 15 days from the date of delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

 

Exclusions:

- We cannot accept returns on opened or used tea products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

- Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the respective store, following their return policies.

 

Return Process:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at GeneralHelp@gingerharttea.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Once approved, securely package the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the package and return it to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

Refunds:

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

- If your order arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our return policy guidelines.
