Return Eligibility:

- You may return unopened and unused tea products within 15 days from the date of delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Exclusions:

- We cannot accept returns on opened or used tea products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

- Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the respective store, following their return policies.

Return Process:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at GeneralHelp@gingerharttea.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Once approved, securely package the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the package and return it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

- If your order arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our return policy guidelines.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.

- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holiday seasons, and are beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently only ship outside the U.S. to Canada, Mexico, and the U.K. However, we plan to expand our services internationally soon and will update our policy accordingly. If you feel your country needs to be added, please email us at GeneralHelp@gingerharttea.com to bring awareness to your country's need for our product.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Ginger Hart Tea! ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Ginger Hart Tea! is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Ginger Hart Tea! is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
